Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Present and promote Rocketconnect.ai’s services — including customer support, virtual AI agents, telemarketing, and BPO solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver client proposals.
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (BPO, SaaS, or tech industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, or technology-based services (a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience in BPO, SaaS, or technology-based services.

  • Experience in client acquisition, cold calling, and lead generation.

  • Prior exposure to AI, automation, or customer support services is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in managing international clients or working with remote teams is preferred.

  • Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
